      In the name of God Amen I Peter Myers of Greene County state of Pennsy lvania considering they uncertinty of this mortal life and being of so und and perfect mind and memory blessed be Almighty God for the same d o make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and for m following, that is to say first I recommenced my soul to God who gav e it. 2nd and my body to the grave, 3rd I give and bequeath unto my so n Jacob Myers all that plantations I bought of Wm. Brit the deed is i n my Son Jacob and Peter Myers name, Pester is to make to his brothe r Jacob a deed for his half, 4th I give and bequeath unto my son Pete r Myers the plantation I bough of Thomas ? with the Mill Privaleges th ereof and their appertanciences with a charge of one hundred bushels r ye and corn for the mills be giving his brother Jacob a quit clause fo r his ? per year during my life. 5th I give and bequeath unto my son J oseph Myers the Plantation I bought of Jacob Garrard down to a road le ading to Little Whitely and with said road up the run forming Rober Mc Clelland then round west with Corbley & Jester Garrards line to th e creek and down the creek to said road by paying each & every yea r one hundred bushels wheat & corn 50 bushels of each. 6th I giv e and bequeath unto my son - the other part of the plantation I bough t of sd. Gerrard from the road leading to Little Whitely with sd. roa d up the run to Robert McClellands line then East wordly with McClella nds line Stephensons ? & Ekelbargers line to the creek and their p rivilages & appertainance the above property as above mentione d I give to my children all and their heirs forever only each of the m are to give out yearly to my wife their mother equally in proportion s a sufficient and comfortable ? during her natural life but if she sh ould get married again she is to quit the Primeses immediately and hav e one horse saddle and bridle, one cow, one bed and bedding. 7th I giv e and bequeath unto my grand daughter Mary Baily when she becomes of f ull age and to her heirs begotton of her body forever one hundred acre s of land being part of that tract I bought of Honsakers called Kellun ce old place on Dunkard Creek being marked and called her mothers Sara h part known by the name of long bottom & Craine nest bottom. 8t h I give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth Corbly and her heir s begotten of her body forever that Plantation whereon she and her hus band now lives being one hundred acres marked and called Elijan ? par t on Dunkard Creek with Mathew oys old improvement joining the same . 9 - I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Myers and her heirs be gotten of her body forever as much of my lands on Dunkard crrek to mak er her fully equal with Elizabeth's part say Chrurches & Clains ol d improvements, 10th I give and bequeath unto my daughter Pheby Myer s and her heirs begottne of her boddy forever my lans on the monongal a River to make her fully euil with her two sisters parts I mean the l and I bought of James Joffe.

      December the 21st 1810 having altered that part of the within will I g ive unto my son John Myers and his heirs forever the Mills on Dunkar d Creek including that part of Kellume old place from Stilles land u p the creek to the first foard on the old road above the old improveme nt joining my granddaughter Mary Baileys part this I give John inete d of lans on Whitely creek also Iona Balding place making on the whol e above 350 acres or more with the place I bought of John Asher
      The balance of my estate say the lasds east of the road up the run t o Robert McClellands where Woolf & others at times live and live d which is a part of the forest place also the place I got of Millar s Heirs where Hunt lives I reserve to be sold and divided among all m y children but if John Myers pleases to take the above two place or pa rt of two places in the stedd of the Mills on Dunkerd with One hundre d acres of the land convenient to the mills , there the mills and th e one hundred acres to be sold & divided as above and John keeps t he two parts of the places in stedd of the Mills and One Hundred Acres .

Hays Register for the probate of Wills and granti ng letters of administraion in and for the County of Greene aforesai d personally appeared Henry Eckelberger one of the subscribing witness es to the annexed instrument of writing and on his solemn Oath did dep ose and say that he was present and saw and heard Peter Myers the Test ator within named sign, seal, publish, and declare that pare of the an nexed writing which stands above his name as a subscribing witness a s and for his last will and testament and that at the time of doing th ereof he was of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding acco rding to the best of his obseration and belief - And also Andrew Bucha nan Esq. who together with the said Henry Eckelberry do say on their s olemn Oathes that thy are well acquainted with the handwriting of Pete r Myers the deceased and that they verrily believe the whole of the fo regoing instrument except the witnessess names to be of the proper han dwriting of the said Peter Myers.
